We guarantee that our gourmet Ground Beef is some of the best on the market because of what goes in our 1lb packs. We mix in the Sirloin Steak, Rump Roast, Part of the Brisket, and of course the beef trimmings. It’s the old fashion tasting hamburger that we grew up with.
